We believe work should support us to live our best life. For this reason, we've made flexibility the guiding principle of our work style. We've got team members logging in from any corners of the world, working whenever it suits them best, with engagement types that range from full-time employment to a few hours a week contribnutions.
We believe that people work at their best when they are empowered to make their own choices.
In Colere everyone is free to handle their work in their own way, as long as it supports the work of others.

Colere was started with the intend to improve society by redefining work, and sustainability is baked into our model. We don’t measure success with pure financial growth, but by evaluating how our growth is holistically improving our ecosystem.

The Colere House
We've built the perfect workation venue, free to use for all Colere members. On a tiny island call Iki, off the coast of Japan's Kyushu prefecture, it’s a little heaven for work and life.
